The belief that we have to learn to live with chronic pain, anxiety and the effects of aging is just that - a belief. By using gentle movement we can retrain the brain and in the process give the body options for easier, more comfortable, even elegant movement. Simple, easy to do movement sequences called "Lessons" are offered to help reduce pain and anxiety, increase flexibility and balance, and provide options for greater ease.
